This collaboration is done by investing in the private sector and the public sector in several countries in Africa and the Middle East.
RESTRUCTURING AND FINANCING OF PUBLIC DEBT
SANTACATALINA GROUP supports countries in Africa and the Middle East through the purchase of sovereing bonds in order to provide funding sources for:
- Plans and government programs for social projects.
- Programs of investment in infrastructure work and stretegic assets.
FINANCING OF INFRASTRUCTURE WORK
SANTACATALINA GROUP finances the infrastructure work requires by Africa and the Middle East, from the design of the project, its construction and delivery to the ruling goverment. The goverments of the states finance infrastructure work by issuing a Sovereign Debt, the duration depends on the size of the projects and of each individual country.
MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCING OF CONCESSIONS
After the concession period, the facilities are transfered to the government of the country or the awarding of a renewal of said concession is negotiated.
